Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in; update demographics and insurance in system.
• Answer calls and relay messages; coordinate with referring physician offices.
• Handle check-out tasks including co-pay collections and scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling and billing.
• Assist leadership in day-to-day operations.
