PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Manassas, VA. You will be the link between patients, providers, and insurers, handling insurance verification, prior authorizations, scheduling, and referrals to keep care moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
