• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person or by phone.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and provide information to patients and referrals.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, obtain authorization, and document data entry.
• Assist with billing duties, collect payments, and reconcile daily receivables.
• Support documentation for insurance billing and coordinate with the sales/referrals.
