Job summary

Accendra Health in Fort Worth is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service by phone and in person. You will collaborate with patients, providers and team members to ensure orders are received and processed timely, and to collect necessary documentation for insurance billing.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least one year of related experience; two years in a similar setting and multi-line phone system experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience in healthcare or office setting.
• Preferred two years’ experience in an office, healthcare setting, or call center.
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls on a multi-line system and advise patients.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals, and providers to gather documents.
• Ensure orders are billed to health insurance plans.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
