Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a friendly, professional, and accommodating approach.

• Ability to accurately handle confidential information and maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for General Medical, Specialty, and Nurse Clinics using the computerized scheduling system.
• Perform front office reception duties, including greeting patients, answering phones, and facilitating patient flow.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records and complete related administrative and clerical functions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to support daily clinic operations and patient care.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and established health and safety procedures.
