Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Butler, PA outpatient physical therapy center. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, registering them, and guiding them through the visit and next appointment while coordinating front-desk tasks.

This full-time role requires strong communication, ability to schedule in person and by phone, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and liaise with attorneys, insurers, and other partners to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Healthcare experience.
• 1 Year Front Desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and explain visit expectations and next appointment while checking out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone
• Communicate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, operations leaders, and business development
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications
