Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Beaver Falls outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet and register patients, explain visit flow, and assist with checkout documentation.

This full-time front desk position runs Monday through Friday with two evenings until 7pm. Compensation ranges from $14 to $16 per hour, with mentorship, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys' offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
