Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our outpatient physical therapy center. Located at 360 Tolland Turnpike, East Point Building, the role is full-time with a 12pm-7pm weekday schedule.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, registering them at check-in, scheduling visits, handling co-pays, and coordinating with insurance and other partners to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• 1 year scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance, translation services, and business teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
