Job summary

Talentify in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to run front desk operations for our outpatient physical therapy center, supporting both patient care and business functions.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, coordinate with physicians and insurers, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and help ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout. This is a full-time role with weekday hours and compensation starting at $16/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Front Desk Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation partners, market operators, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
