You will triage calls, assist with forms, and help maintain accurate patient records and billing information while coordinating with clinicians to support efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and manage registration and appointment scheduling.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with required forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to create a welcoming first impression.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team members or departments.
