Mercy is hiring a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will help ensure a positive, seamless patient experience by coordinating front desk operations and patient workflows.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.
