Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk duties (telehealth, scheduling, reminders).
• Check in/out patients and provide follow-up appointment details.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with billing basics.
• Capture and update patient demographics in EHR/agency databases.
• Ensure documents are scanned and stored in electronic records.
• Provide a Clinical Visit Summary and patient portal access guidance.
• Maintain office supplies and privacy during patient flow.
• Adhere to HIPAA and agency compliance throughout operations.

Education
