You will greet patients, handle front-desk duties, document in the EHR, manage schedules, and assist with medication/product sales. The position is full-time with varying daily hours and a focus on exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of medical office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing clinic duties.
• Greets patients, checks in for appointments, and verifies insurance.
• Scans documents into electronic health records.
• Maintains waiting area and reception area cleanliness.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and manages appointment flow.
• Sells and tracks cosmetic products and handles clinic supplies.
