Forefront Dermatology in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to handle check-in, verify insurance, manage a multi-line phone system, file medical records, and collect co-pays in a fast-paced clinic. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Open/close clinic duties.
• Greet patients and check in for appointments; verify insurance.
• Scan documents into EHR; manage waiting area and reception.
