Responsibilities

• Handle patient scheduling, appointments and multi-line phone support.
• Collect and verify patient data and referrals.
• Disseminate information between patients and physicians; relay reports to doctors.
• Process payments and verify insurance details.
• Open and sort mail; route correspondence to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate scheduling for evaluations, re-evaluations, reminders and cancellations.
