FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Troy, MI is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage scheduling, insurance verification, and payments, and coordinate between patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Ability to multitask across multiple tasks and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication with patients and staff.
Detail-oriented with strong integrity and empathy.

Responsabilités

Handle patient scheduling, appointments, multi-phone line.
Gather new patient data; track all patient referrals.
Disseminate information to patients; act as liaison between patients and physicians.
Send and log all reports to doctors.
Collect payments; verify insurance coverage.
Manage mail; distribute mail to appropriate areas.
Send benefits paperwork to billing companies.
Schedule communications and follow-ups with patients.
