Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems preferred (Meditech, Medent, Epic).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outpatient clinics to schedule cardiac testing and invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, procedural ordering, and procedural authorization across services.
• Reconcile provider and department schedules with unit schedules and verify block utilization.
• Create and organize all aspects of patient charts and maintain office supplies.
• Manage the front desk operations and provide a welcoming, patient-facing atmosphere.
