Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to handle money accurately.
• Flexible schedule and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups in EMR.
• Collect copays and reconcile daily money.
• Answer inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Maintain patient waiting area and confidentiality.
