Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Representative to facilitate patient registration, verify insurance demographics, and manage the front desk with professionalism. You will assist with EMR data entry, collect payments, and schedule appointments to support smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with data entry and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information in the EMR.
• Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and past-due balances; perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient flow in the front desk.
• Answer routine inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the waiting area and front desk.
• Assist patients with forms and portal navigation as needed.
