Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator in Lake Mary, FL to greet patients, activate files, and support both patients and medical staff. This role requires coordination across departments, handling daily inquiries, and assisting with scheduling and payments.

The position involves weekend coverage (two per month), typically 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with potential additional PTO/vacation coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in a similar front-desk/patient-facing role preferred in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and coordinate their visit.
• Guide patients through check-in, scheduling, and intake processes.
• Assist with payments and insurance information entry.
• Coordinate with care teams and departments to support patient flow.
• Answer phones, handle administrative tasks, and maintain front desk areas.
