Job summary

IVI-RMA North America is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator in Lake Mary, FL to greet patients, activate files, and support patients and medical staff.

The role requires strong communication, administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate with care teams. Weekend coverage is required, with Saturday/Sunday shifts and potential PTO coverage. Proficiency with EMR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years practical experience working in a similar position.
• Experience in a patient-facing role - preferred.
• Experience working in medical/healthcare industry.
• 2+ years practical experience working in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors.
• Assesses schedule conflicts and offers solutions.
• Collects payments and ensures insurance information is up to date.
• Coordinates with the care team to support total patient care.
• Processes medical records requests.
• Answers phones and handles administrative tasks.
• Schedules and confirms appointments.
