Alaska Digestive Center is seeking a Front Desk Representative for our Outpatient Surgery Center in Anchorage. You will greet patients, collect demographics and insurance info, and support front office operations in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include opening procedures, handling co-pays, and assisting patients in the lobby while coordinating with medical staff. We value compassion, clear communication, and a professional, upbeat demeanor in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of clinic policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of computer systems and medical terminology.
• Ability to multi-task and provide compassionate patient service.
• Professional and upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining current demographic and insurance information in computer and in the chart.
• Performing office opening procedures, petty cash balancing, co-pay/co-insurance collection, and assisting patients as needed.
• Primary focus is servicing patients in the lobby with backup for phones and other front office personnel.
