Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service setting; healthcare front desk experience favorable.
• Experience with insurance eligibility verifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using computerized systems.
• Handle check-in and check-out duties with professionalism and courtesy.
• Verify insurance eligibility, review benefits, and update patient demographics.
• Greet and register patients; ensure forms are completed and signatures obtained.
• Maintain and update physician schedules to ensure proper patient flow.
• Oversee front desk operations and patient movement within the Institute.
