Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Background in receptionist role or medical front office preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait-time information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments for casts, measurements, and prosthetic care.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
