Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for patients, outside referring physicians, faculty, and residents/fellows.
• Assist patients in accessing and coordinating surgical service within the health system.
• Facilitate communication with referring physicians.
• Refer patients to resources and provide follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect.
• Manage a high volume of patient messages entering via multiple channels.
• Assist with patient check-in and cash collection.
• Travel between West LA, Santa Monica and Westwood locations as needed.
