Responsibilities

• Schedule and input all appointments in scheduling module promptly.
• Greet patients and verify identity and insurance information.
• Maintain and organize patient medical records and billing documents.
• Handle front-end billing data entry in registration module.
• Verify insurance and process prior authorizations as required.
• Assist with patient transportation when eligible.
• Ensure accurate chart signatures and timely document scanning.
• Communicate changes in procedures or insurance to staff and patient records.
• Oversee office material flow, inventory, shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.
