Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Toledo, OH is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our clinical team and support the front desk operations. You will greet and register patients, manage the daily schedule, and provide families with essential forms and information to ensure smooth check-in and care flow.

You will escalate issues as needed, support a high-volume dental/medical front desk, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office setting is required.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear, effective communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members.
