In a fast-paced dental/medical office, you will deliver outstanding customer service, escalate issues to the appropriate teams, and support a smooth patient flow while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and informational documents.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
