Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a full-time Patient Service Coordinator to greet and register patients, manage appointments, and provide families with necessary forms and information. You will deliver outstanding customer service in a busy pediatric dental/surgery environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service experience in a dental or medical office, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Provide patients and families with forms and informational documents.
• Provide customer service and support to families.
• Escalate issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties.
