Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, the nation’s largest pediatric ASC group, is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator for our dental office front desk. You will greet patients, register families, schedule appointments and provide forms and information to families with a warm, professional manner.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume dental or medical setting, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and informational documents.
• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties.
