Qualificações

• Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire.
• Customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients and manage appointment calendar.
• Obtain and verify necessary documentation for patients.
• Coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform prior authorizations when necessary.
