Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist in Schaumburg, IL to manage the front office and deliver high-quality patient service for in-person and telehealth visits.

This full-time role supports clinicians, handles scheduling, payments, and patient inquiries, with a starting rate of $22 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses. A high school diploma and healthcare exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support patient experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using computer software (Microsoft Office & EMRs) with HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out in a courteous manner.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and payment/billing questions.
• Provide support to patients via phone, email, and portal for scheduling and inquiries.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and maintain schedules.
