Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to manage the front office at our Champaign location. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians while supporting daily operations.

The role offers a starting wage of $22.00/hour with potential quarterly bonuses, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid leave. This on-site position requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or a similar role.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to deliver a high-quality patient experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Front desk daily operations and patient check-in/out.
• Support patients with scheduling, billing, and portal inquiries.
• Assist with telehealth setup and troubleshooting for patients.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance eligibility.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
