UVA Community Health is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator IV to handle referrals and Dimensions super-user tasks. The role requires 3 years of medical office experience and strong CPT/ICD coding knowledge, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Your responsibilities include processing referrals, supporting EPIC-driven workflows, and maintaining accurate patient information while handling sensitive data with confidentiality and teamwork.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for processing referrals and/or performing Dimensions super-user functions such as practice support with EPIC or working the miscellaneous work queues.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
3 years of experience in medical office setting required. Other related experience may be considered in lieu of medical office experience. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Medium to Heavy Physical Demand: The job requires constant standing, frequently walking, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. The base compensation range for this role is $16.52 - $23.39 hourly.
Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs such as shift differentials, clinical ladders, and other incentives that may be available for those in eligible positions.
