Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients for appointments.
• Process referrals at least 50% of the time and use EPIC for practice support.
• Record patient demographics, insurance, charges and scheduling accurately.
• Cross-train in multiple administrative support functions.
• Collaborate with team and communicate professionally to meet goals.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to improvements.
