Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Patient Service Coordinator to connect patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey. You’ll verify insurance, obtain authorizations, coordinate referrals, and help schedule optimization while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with incentives and opportunities for professional development within a nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
