Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a clerical office or customer service setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments according to practice protocols.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process medical records requests per policy.
• Provide courteous telephone coverage and front desk support.
• Assist Billing Service as requested.
