Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide patient support services including answering phones and greeting patients/visitors.
• Register, check-in patients and update demographics in the system.
• Assist with scheduling, check-out processes, and processing patient payments.
• Maintain patient records and support office operations as needed.
• Communicate with referring physician offices and manage referrals.
• Travel may be required to support staffing at other facilities.
