Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics in Eagan, MN is seeking a dedicated Patient Services representative to greet patients, collect information, and support front-line service at our Training HAUS division. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, at the Eagan location and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Expect responsibilities include patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and coordinating with providers and class instructors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience teaching fitness classes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments and insurance information.
• Schedule patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details and referrals to patients and families.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Verify and document insurance information.
• Chart management and patient communications in clinic.
• Support outreach events as needed.
