Twin Cities Pain Clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and paperwork in a 100% in-office setting.

You will support clinic operations, maintain accurate patient records in the EHR, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent patient service. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of strong customer service and phone skills.
• Experience in medical/healthcare or insurance setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify identity and collect accurate demographic information.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments; handle cancellations and reminders.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays at check-in.
