Revo/ i-Health is seeking a Patient Services specialist in Eagan, MN. This full-time, on-site role supports Training HAUS patients, families, and visitors with front-line service and problem resolution. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Experience teaching fitness classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect payments and insurance information.
• Schedule patients and manage calendars using Mind Body and Outlook.
• Communicate appointment details and patient information to relevant staff.
• Maintain insurance verification and chart management.
• Ensure HIPAA and clinic policies are followed.
