SynergenX in Walnut Hill, TX is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to be the friendly first contact and to support front-office operations and clinical duties under licensed providers. This onsite role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

You will greet patients, explain insurance coverage and costs, collect payments, and maintain patient records in the EHR while keeping a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with insurance, billing, and HIPAA basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate check-in and appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits and costs clearly.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
• Answer calls and respond to emails, texts, and faxes.
• Support front-office operations and clinical duties as directed by providers.
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Attend team meetings and training.
• Follow HIPAA and clinic policies.
