Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact new patients daily to review pricing and financial expectations prior to appointments.
• Explain insurance basics (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) clearly.
• Review self-pay and alternative pricing options to guide choices.
• Help patients select the best financial option for their situation.
• Accurately document patient selections in internal systems.
• Respond to clinic and billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Escalate complex insurance or billing questions when needed.
