SynergenX / Low T Center / HerKare is seeking a part-time, onsite front-office and clinical support team member in Shenandoah, TX. You will greet patients, process payments, and manage the front desk while assisting with basic clinical tasks under licensed providers.

The role emphasizes compassionate customer service, accurate data entry in the EHR, and a collaborative team environment with training and HIPAA compliance. 20 hours weekly, Saturdays required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office, medical assisting, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, check-in and coordinate appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs clearly.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Maintain patient and insurance data in the EHR.
• Answer calls, manage messages, and respond to emails and texts.
• Assist with front desk tasks and clinic flow under supervision.
• Support with patient rooming and assigned clinical duties as trained.
