Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Virginia to manage front desk operations, check-in/out, and patient communications. You will learn about insurance plans and help patients understand their options during visits.

Training will be provided, and weekend/evening shifts may be required. This role reports to the Office General Manager in a fast-paced environment, supporting a seamless patient experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer-facing role preferred
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible and team-oriented
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk activities for check-in/out
• Verify and explain insurance options to patients
• Assist with appointment confirmations and scheduling
• Handle multiple phone lines and greet patients and walk-ins
• Support office staff and may cross-train in other roles
