Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient flow, registration, and financial interactions at the practice site. The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant data collection, scheduling, and respectful patient service.

Responsibilities include assisting with EMR data entry, processing payments, and coordinating follow-up appointments. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, as well as a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including customer service.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with doctors, staff and the public.
• Able to work independently and in a team, multi-task, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect/enter insurance demographic data into EMR.
• Assist patients with Phreesia tablets and forms.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and past due balances; reconcile money daily.
• Schedule appointments and process follow-up visits via EMR/portal.
• Answer inquiries by phone, portal, or in person and route to appropriate staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of waiting area and manage paperwork (IDs, insurance cards).
