Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient check-in/out, registration, and billing across the care continuum. You will collect insurance demographics, verify information, and assist patients with EMR forms and Phreesia tablets.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while upholding HIPAA rules and professional standards. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter data into EMR.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and reconcile money daily.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow at the front desk.
• Answer routine inquiries and assist with forms or portal usage.
• Maintain patient waiting areas and ensure HIPAA compliance.
