Martin's Point Health Care in Portland, ME is seeking a Care Team Patient Services Representative to provide world-class service to patients and staff. You will answer Care Team phone calls, screen and direct calls, and support communications related to labs and scripts while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure patient requests are met.

The role requires a HS diploma and 3+ years in administrative/customer service roles, with preferred experience in a medical environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in administrative or customer service environments.
• Experience in a medical environment with patient registration, billing, insurance processing or appointment scheduling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer Care Team phone calls within established quality metrics.
• Screen, direct calls to appropriate department or staff to expedite patient care.
• Support and facilitate communications related to labs, scripts, messaging, etc.
• Perform Telephone Triage per established protocols.
• Assist with patient service related administrative tasks to ensure patient requests are met.
