Martin's Point Health Care Inc. is seeking a Care Team Patient Services Representative to deliver world-class service to patients and staff by handling calls, scheduling appointments, and routing inquiries to appropriate departments.

The position requires a HS Diploma and 3+ years in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a medical setting. Multitasking, professionalism, and familiarity with labs, messaging, and refill workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; 3+ years in admin or customer service in a medical environment preferred.
• Ability to function independently and professionally; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles PSR desktop management activities.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels patient appointments.
• Provides phone support to internal and external customers within quality metrics.
• Coordinates New Patient Management and initial screenings.
• Manages lab/results communications and portal messages.
• Performs patient service related administrative tasks and ensures patient requests are met.
