Qualifications

• Minimum one year of front office or business medical office experience.
• Healthcare and patient advocacy experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a professional, caring manner in person or by phone.
• Register patients accurately by collecting data and entering it into the system.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and verify demographics and insurance.
• Assist with forms and patient education as needed.
• Coordinate with nursing and physicians to support patient flow.
